Welcome to the The 2^nd International Symposium of Technical Safety, Occupational Health and Environment (ISTeSHE 2026).

On behalf of the organizing committee, it is my great pleasure to welcome researchers, academicians, industry professionals, policymakers, and students from around the world to this platform for knowledge exchange and collaboration. The theme of ISTeSHE 2026, “Transforming Occupational Safety, Health, and Environment Practices for a Resilient and Sustainable Future,” reflects the growing need to rethink and strengthen current approaches to workplace safety and environmental sustainability. As industries continue to evolve with rapid technological advancement, globalization, and changing workforce dynamics, the integration of innovative technologies, evidence-based practices, and multidisciplinary collaboration has become essential in building resilient and sustainable occupational safety and health systems.

ISTeSHE 2026 aims to provide a dynamic platform for participants to share research findings, exchange ideas, and explore innovative solutions that address contemporary challenges in occupational safety, health, engineering, and environmental management. Through different keynote/plenary sessions coming from different area of experts, technical presentations, and professional networking sessions, this symposium seeks to strengthen collaboration between academia, industry, and policymakers in advancing safer and healthier workplaces.
